Wine Review
The Story
Ferraro Wines is located in the heart of Agrelo-Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza at 900 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Andes Mountains. Their vineyards are irrigated with melt water and the clay loam soil allows them to achieve excellent quality grapes. The vines are manually harvested to achieve a more meticulous result in the selection of grapes for their wines.
This wine ages for 10 months — 10% alongside toasted French oak staves, with the remaining 90% in stainless steel tanks.
Winemaker: Ignacio Macciardi.
